Alpine Casual Dining

Raclette, fondue and BBQ are the specialities that await you at Ferdinand. That’s right. The menu is traditional. However, if you’re thinking of a stuffy old fondue restaurant, you’re way off.
Ferdinand offers a taste of the cosmopolitan life in Zermatt. The atmosphere is hip. The meals are made with delicious, top-quality products.
Alpine casual dining at Ferdinand means that all of our products come from either the Valais region or elsewhere in Switzerland.
Last but not least: Ferdinand is also one of the architectural highlights in the CERVO Mountain Boutique Resort. The restaurant, which is located in its own chalet, has space for 80 guests and balances alpine tradition and modern style with ease.
